WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Beginning August 1, IEC customers will see a simple but profound adjustment in our Encompass Product Selection tool when it comes to your available Floor Options for our Vertical Models.

Our team has doubled down on our commitment to simplifying your experience. Let’s discuss how we plan to eliminate confusion when quoting jobs by providing one vertical floor model, with more options.

Effective August 1st, 2022

The Vertical Classic (F*C) and Vertical (F*Y) families will be discontinued, replaced & simplified with only one Vertical F*A family, with more options.

Now, all product options previously found in the two floor families can be found in one model in your EnCompass configurator

• Enjoy the best features of both previous families all in one
• Find added cabinet features including framed decorative wall panel, cabinet extensions & tamper proof features to name a few!
• Get the best performance results with ½” coil
• Choose .025” wall tube thickness – no special feature request needed!

We’re also making Improvements to literature including:

• ECM sound data
• Submittal drawings & exploded views
• Single technical catalog and IOM source

Here is the Conversion Schedule for this change to floor options:

• F*C and F*Y will vanish from encompass effective August 1, 2022
• F*A will become available effective August 1, 2022
• ORDERS already submitted with F*C and F*Y models will not be changed
• Existing quotes with F*C & F*Y models will be honored through August 31st. If an order cannot be submitted by August 31, the quote will need to be updated to the F*A model.
• Work with you RSM to make this a smooth transition!
