We're here to help you get a jump on that urgent project or to remedy a quick replacement emergency.

Capacity for Quick Ship orders per day is limited. Quick Ship orders are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Once the daily capacity has been reached, additional Quick Ship orders will be rolled to the following day and sales rep will be notified via EnCompass Order Acknowledgment. Items eligible for Quick Ship may vary seasonally and should always be verified in EnCompass.

Quick Ship Lead Times based on 4 factory working days per week (Monday–Thursday) and does not include Fridays, weekends, holidays, inventory days, or factory closures.

✔ Ex: 1-day order which meets criteria and is placed before 11am CST on Monday, will be scheduled to ship Tuesday.
✔ Ex: 5-day order which meets criteria and is placed before 11am CST on Monday, will be scheduled to ship the FOLLOWING Tuesday.

Quick Ship Lead times apply when the following conditions have been met:
✔ Orders > $50,000 require credit review process, per IEC’s Order Policy.
✔ Your organization has agreed to IEC Terms & Conditions and has been credit approved.
✔ IEC has approved submittal, job information sheet, final transmittal, purchase order, and the order has been placed in EnCompass before 11am CST.
The lead time for orders placed after 11am CST will start the following business day.

No revisions (including cancellations), SFRs, or exceptions to the product offering is permitted.

Quick Ship orders are restricted to 1 order per rep office per 24 hours.

Combination orders (Quick Ship + Standard lead time product) will automatically default to the longest published lead time.
